- We reach out personally. We review every request and contact you to confirm the details.
- Approve your mockup. Nothing is produced until you approve a proof and payment is received.
Good to know
- No cost, no commitment. Checkout is $0. This is a quote request, not an order.
- Turnaround. Standard production is about 10 business days after mockup approval.
- Pickup or shipping. Free local pickup in Imperial and Brawley, or we ship.
- Crew Stores. Private reorder stores for ongoing partners are invoiced separately once we agree on the details.

Adult sizes run true to fit. Youth sizes (YS, YL, YXL) are listed after adult sizes in the size menu.

In-stock items ship within 5 business days. Made-to-order and custom items are ready within 10 business days (about 2 weeks).
Free local pickup: Seven Six Zero Salon lockers (Imperial) or 8th & Main (Brawley).

If we made a mistake or an item is defective, we make it right. Unworn, non-custom items with tags can be returned within 5 days with approval. Hats, beanies, and custom items are final sale.
