We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2.1 Marketing SMS & Email Consent

By providing your mobile number and/or email and opting into communications, you agree to receive recurring marketing messages from 11 Crew Supply Co., including:

• Product drops
• Event announcements
• Local market appearances
• Release reminders

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS participation is optional and not required to make a purchase.

2.2 Transactional Communications

• Design/mock-up approvals

3. Products & Services

We reserve the right to:

• Limit or refuse orders
• Modify or discontinue products

4. Custom Orders

Custom orders require approval before production.

By approving a design or proof, you acknowledge:

• All details are correct (spelling, sizing, placement)
• The order is approved for production

Once approved, custom orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

5. Academy / Program Orders (IVC & Organizations)

All academy, school, and organization orders are final sale.

Once production begins:

• Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded
• This includes participants who drop or do not complete the program

These items are produced specifically for your program.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

Production Timelines

• Custom orders: up to 10 business days
• In-stock items: typically within 5 business days

Shipping

• Tracking will be sent to your email once shipped
• Delivery times are handled by the carrier

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once shipped.

7. Local Pickup

We offer two pickup options:

Locker Pickup (760 Salon)
Contactless pickup with instructions provided once ready.

Retail Pickup (8th & Main – Brawley)
In-person pickup with the option to shop available merchandise.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days.
A $5 holding fee may apply after that period.

8. Purchases & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Payment issues
• Suspected fraud
• Errors in pricing or product details

9. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We offer replacements only if there is an error on our end (incorrect item, defect, or production issue).

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, branding, and products are the property of 11 Crew Supply Co.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• 11 Crew Supply Co.
• Los Bomberos Apparel
• Los Bomberos Valle Imperial™
• 11 Crew Her / Him / Community collections
• All associated logos and designs

These are protected by trademark and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in or consent information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information with service providers to:

• Process payments
• Fulfill orders
• Deliver communications

You may opt out of data sharing for marketing by visiting our Privacy Policy or enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC).

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Shipping carrier delays or losses
