It has 5 output levels (Turbo, High, Medium, Low, and Moonlight) plus strobe, and dual tail switches that let you convert between Tactical Mode and Civilian Mode.

To change modes: with the light off, press and hold the function switch for 5 seconds until the red and green indicators alternate. Without releasing, press the tactical switch at the same time. The light will turn off, confirming the mode change.
